CROSS HYMN　-　mixed media by Yutaka Michael Maria Kamegaya
 
キリスト教のミサを抽象的に捉え、ハッピーなお祭りのように明るく楽しく描きました。 大きなオレンジ色の十字架に、青い細い線の正三角形が「父と子と聖霊の三枢要」、神の化身である鳩を可愛くディフォルメしたピヨピヨ鳥が三羽、キリストの話していたアラム文字で「エリ、エリ、メレ、サバクタニ（神よ、なぜ私をお見捨てになったのですか！？）」と書いたキリストの最期の言葉、など、それらがミックスされた一枚です。
 
キャンバスの上に珪藻土でマチエールを作り、アクリル絵の具、ラッカースプレーで彩色し、CG（コンピューターグラフィックス）をコラージュさせています。 CGコラージュは、アッシジの聖フランシスコの聖像、カトリック瀬田教会、聖母マリア像、を画像加工した上にアクリル絵の具で再度着色させております。
 
 
I captured the Christian Mass in an abstract way and drew it brightly and happily like a happy festival.
On a large orange cross, an equilateral triangle with a thin blue line is "the three centers of the father, son, and the Holy Spirit," and three Piyopiyo birds, which are cutely deformed pigeons that are the incarnations of God, are in the Aramaic alphabet spoken by Christ. Eri, Eri, Mele, Sabakutani (God, why did you forsake me !?) ", the last words of Christ, and so on.
The surface is made of diatomaceous earth on the canvas, colored with acrylic paint and lacquer spray, and CG (computer graphics) is collaged.
 
In the CG collage, the statue of St. Francis of Assisi, the Catholic Seta Church, and the statue of the Virgin Mary are image-processed and recolored with acrylic paint.
