2023年9月に東京アクアティックセンターで行われた大学選手権大会の模様を油彩画にしてみた。最終決勝に掛ける選手たちの鼓動を波の高さや筋肉にして表現できているだろうか。応援が白熱する中彼らの必死が伝わればと思い描きました。
I made an oil painting of the university championship held at the Tokyo Aquatic Center in September 2023. Is it possible to express the heartbeats of the athletes competing in the finals through the height of the waves and their muscles? I envisioned their desperation to be conveyed as the cheering heated up.
